QUALIFIED LABOR SHORTAGE
More than 40 million people left their jobs last year, many in retail, hospitality, and manufacturing. It was called the Great Resignation and also referred to as: the Great Renegotiation, the Great Reshuffle, and the Great Rethink. What really happened is that people left jobs to take a job they wanted more — sometimes remote, better pay, or a change of career. The reality is that we are struggling to find qualified candidates who are hardworking and dedicated to their job.

Born in Guatemala and raised in the USA after coming to America in 1994. "The opportunity to wake up everyday and help change the lives of people here at home, in Mexico, and in Latin America is one of my greatest motivations in life. I come from a very strong valued family where both my parents, Vilma and Dino, dedicated their lives to make sure that my siblings and I could live the American Dream. Today, I am happily married to my wife Karen and every day I am thankful for the opportunity my parents gave us.”

When a TN arrives in the United States, they are looking to work hard. They left their home and their loved ones behind. That is a scary change for anyone, especially not knowing how well things are going to go. However, they understand that this path is a necessity to succeed and achieve their goals.

Latinos like to fit in. They don’t want to be the Odd Duck. They also want stability and a job where they can feel safe. They just want to make sure that they will have hours and the opportunity to truly show what they can do. The people we recruit have this in common. This is what makes us different.

The TN’s come to the United States taking a big risk and a leap of faith — all to better themselves. Imagine having to leave your family, friends, and home just to get a decent job to change the course of your family’s well-being. For the smoothest transition, we will have to help provide housing, transportation the first days, and assist them in acclimating to the way we live in USA. This is what we call a positive transaction situation.

For a TN to be approved, we must sign a contract, find the candidate, interview with the employer, complete DS160, schedule an embassy appointment, get approved, and finally, fly to the USA
